MD Call Center

MD Call Center was developed to assist PCCMG physicians in the process of providing a rapid response, in person, to the needs of our inpatients. MD Call Center is much more than an answering service; our staff, most of whom have clinical backgrounds, can help to coordinate the care of patients from the moment they arrive in the ER.

MD Call Center meets the real-time needs of an evolving inpatient workforce.Specially trained clinical and administrative personnel staff the call center twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and are able to link the on-call physician with the appropriate ER physician and/or managed care entity in order to expedite patient care..
